High quality Inflight dining and service will be a key decision making criteria for long haul travellers.

Australian based Food Industry entrepreneur David Burns has surprised the airline industry as he aims to disrupt the aviation space with a new long haul airline service “Nosh Air”.

The new venture aims to take long haul inflight dining and service to a new level.

“Safety, comfort and on time departures are still critical components of our new venture however our research indicates very clearly that enhancing the inflight dining experience is very important for long haul passengers” says Burns.

“We believe that an increased standard of food, beverage quality and service will be a key decision making criteria for all long haul passengers”.

Nosh Air will treat every passenger equally with no first or business class seats available. This initiative will also free up valuable space for high tech efficient cooking, reheating and holding equipment.

The two tiered airbuses will house the worlds first tapas style bar on the upper level with world class flight attendants recruited from leading hotels in London and Paris. Well known international chefs are associated with the diverse menu development.

Passengers can select from multiple menu’s prior to departure or at time of booking. Menus will cover all parts of the day and will incorporate healthy options.

“If you’d like a morning green juice with ashwagandha then we have you covered" says Burns.

I have been thinking about this venture and working the idea through in my head for over 30 years, following my first London to Brisbane flight back in 1988. This is now a dream come true for me” says Burns.

Nosh Airs first long haul flight will depart from Sydney to London on July 1st.
